About the event
The Autumn Release Series allows you an opportunity to ritualize your release. We often know the emotional or spiritual work we want to do, but struggle to find the right time and setting to do it. These Tuesday evenings are set aside for you, short and sustainable, but filled with all the right elements to allow you to release in a way that feels supportive and nourishing.
This series occurs on Tuesday evenings. We will gather and take a few moments to ground our energy through sound, breath or gentle movement. Herbal tea is served as we move into uncensored, fast, illegible writing, releasing whatever is on your mind or in your heart. Writing prompts are provided. Afterward, we take time to ceremonially burn all the private writing, and reflect on what we are taking home in our hearts.
