What is Healing Sound?

A Healing Sound experiences are curated full-body sensory experiences using intentional sound, breath and relaxation techniques as therapeutic tools for health and well-being.

 

Participants are immersed in gentle, sustained sound waves at various frequencies. These frequencies travel through our ears to our brain which negotiates responses throughout our nervous system. An entire cascade of responses allow us to enter a deeply meditative state where we can experience release, realignment and renewal in our bodies.

 

Intentional healing sound is an excellent counterbalance to chronic stress & anxiety, and emotional upset. Vibroacoustic sound therapy serves to quiet the mind, relax the body, release tension, and restore harmony to the physical, emotional  & subtle energetic fields.

 

Resting in these deep states of calm reduces stress, heart rate and blood pressure.  It also enhances memory and concentration, increases self-awareness, and improves immune system function and emotional stability.

 

Contemplative intentional sound is created with various instruments, including crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums, rattles, rainmakers, gongs and more.

Intentional sound allows you to reset your nervous system and circadian rhythms, and regain a sense of harmony and peace in your body, mind and spirit.
