Free Sound Session Fri. Dec. 13th

You are invited to sink onto the mat (or a chair) for a one-hour restorative experience in sound. Sunny incorporates crystal and metal singing bowls, rattles, chimes and percussion instruments into a dynamic sensory experience.

Sound sessions are held outside on the upper deck in a retreat-style setting. You must be able to safely climb stairs.

Vibroacoustic sound therapy serves to quiet the mind, relax the body, release tension, and restore harmony to the physical, emotional & subtle energetic fields. Resting in these deep states of calm reduces stress, heart rate and blood pressure. It also enhances memory and concentration, increases self-awareness, and improves immune system function and emotional stability.
