Dragonfly Spirit invites you to explore the folklore and nature of dragonflies through a creative cycle of expression.

You are gently guided through nature connections, art making, and writing to connect with and embody the innate wisdom of dragonflies. You will learn about their life cycle and environment, explore the wisdom in its folklore and metaphors, and connect with Dragonflies through art and writing.

This workshop fosters a sense of interconnectedness and belonging in the natural world, supporting personal, communal and planetary well-being.
