Sacred Tree invites you to explore the nourishing qualities of Trees through a creative cycle of expression. You are invited to journey through poetry, guided visualization, visual art making, and writing as a means of connecting with and embodying the natural element of trees. You will experience rooting and rising within your body, explore tree wisdom in poetry and metaphor, and connect with Trees through art and writing.

This workshop allows us to deeply connect with and embody the natural element of trees. It fosters a sense of interconnectedness and belonging in the natural world, which supports our personal & communal well-being and planetary healing.

No art skills or experience is necessary. This workshop is focused on your experiences and personal insight.
