You are invited to sink onto the mat for a one-hour restorative experience in sound.
Sunny uses sound, breath practices, and relaxation techniques as tools to foster health and well-being. She incorporates crystal and metal singing bowls, rattles, chimes, tuning forks, and percussion instruments into a dynamic sensory experience.
Vibroacoustic sound therapy serves to quiet the mind, relax the body, release tension, and restore harmony to the physical, emotional & subtle energetic fields. Resting in these deep states of calm reduces stress, heart rate and blood pressure. It also enhances memory and concentration, increases self-awareness, and improves immune system function and emotional stability.
