Taking time out for deep listening nourishes the soil of your body, mind & spirit - the fundamental ground for everything you create in your life.

Sunny uses intentional sound, breath practices, and relaxation techniques as tools to foster health and well-being. She weaves crystal and metal singing bowls, rattles, chimes, tuning forks, and percussion instruments into a dynamic sensory experience.

Sound sessions are held outside on the upper deck in a retreat-style setting. You must be able to safely climb stairs.
