You are invited to sink onto the mat (or a chair) for a one-hour restorative experience in sound.
Sunny incorporates intentional sound, breath practices, relaxation techniques, and elements of nature as tools to foster health and well-being.
She uses crystal and metal singing bowls, rattles, chimes, tuning forks, and percussion instruments to create a dynamic sensory experience.

A Restorative Sound Bath is a curated full-body sensory experience enjoyed lying on a mat with a pillow, eye cover, knee bolster and blanket. Please feel free to bring anything else to support your comfort.
