Turning Inward: A Restorative Sound Bath

A sound bath is an opportunity to sink deeply into the somatic center of your being. In this place, powerful biological forces are at play that guide your body back into homeostasis, or your own natural state of balance. A sound journey creates access to your innate ability to regulate your nervous system, and reset circadian rhythms. As you move into a deep state of relaxation, you dip into your inner emotional, spiritual and physical pool of possibility and nourishment, creating a deep sense of peace and spaciousness.

Sunny uses intentional sound, breath practices, relaxation techniques, and elements of nature as tools to foster health and well-being. She incorporates crystal and metal singing bowls, rattles, chimes, tuning forks, and percussion instruments into a dynamic sensory experience.

Sound sessions are held outside on the upper deck in a retreat-style setting. You must be able to safely climb stairs.
