This intuitive session includes medicinal sound, such as singing bowls and tuning forks, played on or near the body, chakra balancing. Sunny often incorporates other modalities such as energy work, stone medicine, and aromatherapy. This is a gentle opportunity to release stress and restore harmony to the nervous system, emotional body and spirit. Sunny uses crystal and metal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, rattles, drum, gong, crystals, stones and intention to cradle you in a healing experience.
