Fire Ritual is a thoughtfully curated evening of reflection, guided writing, ritual, and community, offering an opportunity to explore what has been held within and, when you're ready, offer it to the flames. Sometimes the heart knows long before the mind is ready. Perhaps it's long-held grief, unspoken words, lingering anger, an old story you've outgrown, regret, fear, forgiveness, or simply a chapter of life that has come to its natural end. This ritual offers a compassionate space to honor it, give it voice, and, if you're ready, release it with intention. Many of us carry things we know in our hearts are ready to be released, yet struggle to find the time or space that feels safe enough to do so. Fire Ritual offers a gentle, thoughtfully held container to explore whatever is calling for your attention at your own pace. The evening begins in circle with grounding breathwork, gentle somatic practices, and intention-setting. Through meaningful prompts, reflective writing, sound, and quiet contemplation, you'll be invited to explore what is ready to be released. Then, we'll gather around the fire to offer private, uncensored writing to the flames in a simple, symbolic ritual of letting go. No writing experience is necessary. Your words are written for you alone. There is never an expectation to share what you've written—only an invitation to engage honestly with yourself. All materials are provided.
